Coming in Ascora ADE 1.3.2: computer control through LM Studio 🖥 A new “Computer” button is coming to the message box. It lets your model see your primary screen and interact with apps: click buttons, scroll through windows, drag items, type text, and use keyboard shortcuts. The first version supports Windows. You’ll need a model with vision and tool calling — Ascora checks compatibility automatically. We’ve already tested button recognition and action requests with Qwen 3.8 27B. You decide when to enable access. Approve actions one at a time or choose automatic mode. You can stop at any moment with the Stop button or Ctrl+Alt+Esc. Screenshots aren’t saved in your chat history. ✍️ We’ve also refreshed the message box: more room to write, cleaner buttons, clearer model selection, and a layout that works well even in a narrow panel. Both light and dark themes are supported. 💭 LM Studio models’ reasoning now appears in its own collapsible section. We’ve removed the default five-minute cutoff during long prompt processing, and the agent now reads large directory listings in smaller batches instead of sending thousands of filenames to the model at once. These changes are coming in update 1.3.2.
